Over the years Mr Cadier has been involved in both research and training. At Oxford University in the 1980 he undertook research in molecular genetics culminating in a thesis and the award of a MA(Oxon). He has had numerous publications and presentations both to national and international level. In 1998, the University of Southampton awarded a Master of Surgery to Mr Cadier following two years of research in the treatment of facial portwine stains with the Cutaneous Laser. Since 2005 Mr Cadier has undertaken research in the measurement of facial symmetry in cleft lip and palate patients pre and post repair and also in assessing their aesthetic outcome. This has led to several presentations both in the UK and overseas on this subject. He is currently developing an aesthetic scale for Bilateral Cleft Lip repairs following a very large national research project.
Mr Carpenter has been a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since 2006, being clinical director of the Directorate between 2010 and 2014. In addition he is an honorary Senior Clinical Lecture for the University of Southampton and an Associate Professor for St Georges Medical School, Grenada. Mr Carpenter is on the council of the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) and is the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology College tutor for Poole. He runs the Dorset Endometriosis Centre, which is one of only 40 centres in England accredited by the BSGE and NHS England to undertake laparoscopic (key hole) surgical treatment of severe endometriosis. At present, Mr Carpenter is the only specialist in Dorset/Wiltshire accredited to undertake such surgery.
Dr Rupert Critchley
Rupert Critchley BM qualified as a doctor from Southampton University in 2009. He completed surgical and medical rotations during his foundation years and is now undergoing further training in London to specialise in general practice and cosmetics. He has completed courses in advanced non-surgical aesthetics and attained MRCS part A.
Rupert, a keen pianist and former music school scholar excels in practical procedures requiring fine manual dexterity, only ever aiming for perfection. Expect a fine touch and meticulous attention to detail. Working with patients on a daily basis alongside an in-depth anatomical understanding has been key in he skills required to carry out excellent cosmetic treatments.
Dr Reg Yeow

Dr Reg Yeow BDS, qualified from Kings College Hospital, London in 2001 as a Cosmetic Dental Surgeon. After a year in Birmingham, working in the hospital, he moved to Dorset in 2002. Reg has since won two National Prizes.
Reg has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, which includes teeth whitening, composite restorations, veneers, crowns and cosmetic orthodontics. He has over 12 years experience in this field.
One of Reg’s other interest is in facial aesthetics and has been qualified in the treatment of lines and wrinkles for nearly 9 years. With this experience, Reg will be able to transform your appearance.
Maggie McGowan RGN, RM, IHM,

Maggie is a medical practitioner with over 17 years of full time experience in cosmetic treatments designed to rejuvenate the face, neck and hands.
She qualified as a registered general nurse at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield before moving into Midwifery at St. Cross Hospital in Rugby. After rising through the ranks she eventually took overall charge of Maternity, Gynaecology and Paediatrics in the Rugby area, before deciding on adding another string to her bow by training as a cosmetic medical practitioner. Taking the big decision to leave the NHS in 1996, she now manages busy clinics throughout the UK and has trained Doctors and other nurses in cosmetic procedures.
Maggie is a Member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.
